My Top 10 of 2019 — Strictly Blonde

There were a lot of products, shops, and things that were important to my life in 2019 but I am going to breakdown my top 10 of 2019. Each was significantly important to me this past year, and I plan to bring each one of them with me into 2020.

One product that completely took the world by storm in 2019 is the White Claw. Between a delicious product, simple packaging and great marketing this product flew off the shelves. The White Claw will definitely be huge going into 2020 and its competitors will continue to have a hard time keeping up with its popularity.

A trend that I am so glad has come back into style is Cheetah Print! When I was in elementary school Cheetah print was all the rage and I remember having so many items that had cheetah print on them so I was so excited when Cheetah Print started popping up everywhere in 2019.

In 2019 I found that I shop online way more than I shop in a store. One of the boutiques I kept going back to over and over again was the Mint Julep Boutique (aka Shop the Mint) this boutique is filed with the cutest clothes! Always on trend and have so many items and options for everyone. Another thing I love about this boutique is that they offer after pay, which makes it so easy ad convenient to shop and pay over time. The Mint Julep will definitely be a place I shop throughout 2020 as well.

Towards the end of 2019 I discovered a primer that I am truly obsessed with! It is Becca Cosmetics Backlight Primer. It goes on under your makeup to prime the face, reduce pore size and gives a natural effortless glow. This primer is so light and buttery when applying it to your skin, and is nice for the winter when my skin is drier and needs a little help obtaining a nice glow. (read more about this product). This year I found my favorite foundation! Makeup and especially foundation is a huge part of my daily life, and finding my new all time favorite foundation was basically life changing. The Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation is matte, full coverage, and so silky when applying it to the skin. Definitely a top product of mine of 2019 and will easily be a top product of 2020 as well. Easily my top rated product of 2019 is the Pura Home Fragrance Device. This is a product and company that I discovered in 2019 and I think this product is genius! I have mine in our living room with two very homey mountainy scents and this little device keeps my entire home smelling so good! I think they are a great gift for anyone and love that it is a family owned and run company. (read more about this product)

If I had a badass woman and company award I would give it to Tori Gerbig the Founder and CEO of Pink Lily Boutique. Pink Lily is an online boutique that was a dream of a momma who was on maternity leave at the time turned her dream of owning and running a clothing boutique into a multi million dollar company that has become one of the most shopped online boutiques known to the blogger community. With super trendy styles and options for any occasion, Pink Lily Boutique will continue to be one of my go to online shopping spots.

My Apple Watch has easily become one of my most used gadgets of 2019. For Christmas last year I gifted myself an apple watch, ever since I have worn it almost everyday and love al that it has to offer. From its health tracker that easily exports your daily activity and heart monitoring to its fitness tracker to keep you accountable for your workouts and of course its ability to connect with your phone and alert you of texts and calls without your phone being close by. This feature has been huge for me in my everyday life with work and doing things around the house. Highly recommend an apple watch if you have been wanting one, you will find you wear and use it more than you think.

My most valued accomplishment of 2019 is becoming a Salty Honey Ambassador. Salty Honey is by far my favorite brand for a million reasons. Two of which being the quality of their products are absolutely amazing! Everything is made in the USA, and designed by 2 incredible mommas with the best hearts and eye for design. Tay and D, the founders owners, and operators of Salty Honey are two women who have created a community of women like no other. The community they have created is filled with women like minded that support, uplift and push one another to bring out the best versions of themselves.
